Um and I wanted to show that side of Japan of uh that people didn't really s seem to see and also show the food, right.

I wrote that book, Japanese Farm Food.
I wrote it for Japanese.
Hundred percent.
I wrote it thinking, I'm so
And by the end of it actually I was feeling really positive.
I was really feeling negative out, you know, why is it that people don't cook?
E even then, that was two thousand I was writing it two thousand eleven.
Got the contract two thousand ten.
And it was published two thousand twelve.
Why I mean it's like farm food is so simple.
It's like vegetable and then, you know, if you're gonna make uh you know, something with with y you know, all you need is source uh
Miso, sesame, tofu, you know, I mean, all just simple ingredients make a really simple because farmers are busy.
Yeah.
But they use really good ingredients because that's what they have, you know?
And so that was w I c just wanted to say, hey, hey, hey, because most people live in the town.
That's just where I say farm food, town food.
Most people live in this in urban environments and it's they don't get good vegetables.
