told me that she got so much out of being on the show and talking to you as well.

Absolutely.

She was someone that we we had a lot of

really supportive and encouraging comments for Lisa after she appeared uh on the show.

And I wonder, Anna, just thinking about um

what she said about, you know, that she she hadn't been ready and how do how would someone know when they're ready, do you think, today?

And how cool is it that she's gonna become a counsellor?

I mean, she's love that.

So much lived experience.

And as someone that does also work in therapy, will her experiences, d do you think those lived experiences will help her in her future career?

And just lastly, um, we have obviously now talked about uh

suicidal ideation.

Again, we've this this this is something that has come up in the past.

What advice would you give to anyone who might be listening who's feeling like they uh they need support with this?
