I'm Nat Tencich and I'm joined by Dr.

Manuela Toledo.

She's an IVF and fertility specialist at Melbourne IVF, and also Rita Alesi, who's a senior psychologist and manager of Monash IVF Counseling Services.

If you have any questions about fertility, having babies, freezing your eggs, anything to do.

We're thinking about having kids.

I know it's really early.

I know we're really young, but it's never too early to start.

Thinking about it as you've just heard from Dr.

Manuela.

Rita, obviously we just heard there that it can be quite easy, I think, for young people to to forget about um being able to have kids or, you know, take it for granted.

So they'll go out and party and have fun and not think about what they're doing with their bodies.

And why do you think young people are so uh I guess reluctant to think about their fertility at this early?
