The other, I suppose, more negative lens could be that members simply don't understand the fund or don't understand investments.

And so like, if I don't look at it, it won't hurt me kind of thing.

And they just end up in the default.

I mean, what would your thoughts or response to that be?

And it's kind of this idea of baked in advice, right?

So we're almost protecting members, I want to say from themselves, but from against this kind of inertia, right, of not seeking advice, which very neatly loops us into the next conversation around advice.

And I think I might get this number wrong because it was astounding that

The number of members of retirement funds who receive no advice when they leave.

And one of the slides, I can't remember if it was in your presentation, but on one of the slides, I think the number was like 43% or 50% of members.

The only thing they get is a withdrawal form.

Now, I mean, that is astounding, especially considering benefit counselling.

But let's take a step back and unpack this benefit counselling, the kind of advice landscape that you're seeing unfolding next to... Shame you didn't mention you were ill.

This kind of advice landscape that is unfolding in tandem or parallel to a kind of institutional group fund.

And I mean, the reality is, is this finding was across your own funds that that that, you know, they felt that they had no advice.

Perhaps again, it's what is the definition of advice?

And so and so I think there might be a disconnect here.

And I mean, I'm not insulting Sunlum or your efforts.

That's that's not the purpose of this.

But there might be a disconnect in between what we think.

we're doing as advice, but the member either not realizing this is advice or realizing this is real and what it means.
