And then I think for me as well, another key person in this is the salaries person or the human capital professional who is the first person, right?

And I just want to re-highlight that.
So members are saying from age 35, they think that that's the sweet spot to start being engaged with around planning for their retirement.
But in reality, like Anna says, it's around 20 months prior to retirement.
You know, Mr. Joseph wakes up and realizes, oh, shucks, you know, I've got this big decision coming.
And just to just picture the youngsters watching this and kind of listening to this part of the conversation, going, ah, retirement's never going to happen to me.
Well, retirement is going to happen to you.
It is the best case scenario.
It's coming, really, or not.
And I'm 15 years away from retirement.
And so learn from my personal experience.
You know, life happens along the way.
And you wake up one day and you have 15 years to go.
you know, I don't want to say I've left it too late, but the levers I can pull now are so much more impactful on my take-home pay, on, you know, the kind of standard of living I enjoy now because I'm saving for my future self.
And I mean, and I've worked in this industry.
So like you say, you know, you think about it more critically, but there is a real opportunity here for the industry.
