So welcome to EBNet Stream, Kassif.
Maybe we could start by sketching a quick and easy definition of private credit for those who may be listening who don't fully understand what that means.
How would a pension fund get involved in unlisted credit, if at all?
And perhaps once you've answered that, how would an individual investor, or is it appropriate for an individual investor as well?
So I'm glad you use the word liquidity because it is the I'm not going to say the most common obstacle that let's talk on the institutional side that trustees or institutional investors raise as a roadblock to not getting involved in these type of alternative assets.
I'm hearing you say that on the institutional side,
this seems to produce a solution.
So liquidity is still an issue, but it's not as big an issue as was previously experienced by funds.
Is that a good summary?

So you're using words like coupon, interest, kind of semi-liquid.
And as you're using those words, you're kind of removing the obstacles that are, as I've mentioned, traditionally positioned by institutional investors as to why we're not getting involved in any type of private investment.
As you're talking, it's starting to occur to me that it's sounding a lot like a listed bond or listed credit.
So does the argument of kind of a decorrelated asset class or opportunity still exist when we're looking at private bonds?
debt or credit versus the normal, let's call them normal for now, bonds that trustees are accustomed to?
