And I think Tyree had seen that criticism and had already made a couple comments about.

that or kind of address some of the questions around it.

So the idea that she would be blindsided is like really surprising to me.

All right.

You know, that's my personal opinion.

But I I think what comes through in the lawsuit and what we need to talk about now is the Shandy situation.

So Tyra Banks is really upset about how her understanding or perception of the Shandy Sullivan situation is depicted.

If you didn't watch the documentary, Shandy Sullivan was a contestant on America's Next Top Model, and what happened was one

One night when they were in Italy a bunch of male models came over, there was a lot of drinking.

And Shandy in the documentary

would essentially say that she was blacked out and therefore unable to consent.

Tyra Banks's issue is that she says the directors never asked her a single question that framed what happened to Shandy as non-consensual.

Tyra feels that this means that in the documentary she comes off as looking callous and as kind of seeming to not care about an apparent sexual assault that becomes a really critical point in the documentary that kind of shows what appears to be the callousness of production, that they wouldn't have intervened or wouldn't have stepped in.
