So I think about the structure.
It's a really good question, too.
I think about the structure is like buckets of revenue.

So we might buy a property and just simply clean it out, put it back on the market, and that can quick turn quick.
Sure.
Another one we might do a four or five month renovation on, then list it.
Some we build from the ground up, like say a year.
But the importance of that is you have fast cash, like mid-term cash flow and then long-term cash flow.
