I think Loudon's a good call, just building that team in the way –
he's kind of had to do it with Cadillac and with the wider entity there.
But again, I'm not sure how much he's going to be in those meetings going forward anyway.
It sums up, I think doing it like this actually shows you how unsuited he is to that role, you know, and how, you know, sorry I said it earlier, but unsuited to his wider character and his skill set that role is.
Kind of almost diminishes having him at the team in that role, you know.
But it's interesting, isn't it, because he's at a team where they've struggled to really understand the very concept of team principle, what they want it to be.
So it's not surprising that's happened as well.
Whereas with Mercedes, on the other side of that coin, you've never felt the need for them to split the role up.
