Yeah, it's... So it would have been 24 was Steiner's last year, coming into 25 with Komatsu.

But the transformation that season, it was about setting expectations right at the bottom, but his understanding of the technical team and how to unlock that team

really has shone through.

So I think he's a really good example of how that shift that Mark talked about is more and more important now.

Because for all of Steiner's plus points in terms of probably putting Haas's name on the map and attracting maybe sponsors to Haas, I'm not sure he was ultimately unlocking that technical department in the way that he needed to be.

And Komatsu's done that very well.

If we were doing this five years ago, Bonotto would probably be just because of that journey up.

But yeah, I think now he's, it feels like he's not that anymore, even though that is his kind of bread and butter.

I feel they're very even.

Mechiaz has gone teams but also into the governing body as well, which suggests a certain level of skill in this, the ability to work both sides of that coin.

So maybe that gives them an edge.

I think it is.

And I think, again, to the point that both of you have made, the media landscape has changed so much as well.

Fans are so acutely aware of all the dynamics between the drivers, the team bosses, and the driver market.
