On your um on your blog you talk about some anti patterns.
Maybe define what what those are and give an example of that.
I thought that was kinda an interesting thematic that you've gone off on.
Is there one that you like to, you know, if when you're talking to your founders, you're like, Hey, this looks like a good idea but it can actually screw you up or, you know, biggest one that's maybe counterintuitive or surprising that let's just pick one startup uh anti pattern and describe it a little bit.
Yeah.
It's so tough because I feel like especially with er no ignorance is separate, but arrogance you almost founders sorta need to be a little bit arrogant or at least have a very strong, bold personality, right?
If you're if you're not, it's just you know, you think there's a corollary between
founder personality and and maybe some arrogance involved there too sometimes, right?
Like think about yeah, I don't know the guy personally, but Travis Kalinick of Uber.
So folks like that that are, you know

I agree with you.
I I mean, love him or hate him, I think Mark Zuckerberg is a perfect example of the guy who's been able to continuously learn an up level and stuff like that. 'Cause I remember when he turned down I guess it was Yahoo's offer to buy Facebook for like two billion.
People are like, Oh, he's toast.
Like he's outside his capacity, he's gonna fail.
You know, obviously that didn't work out like that, right?
