One of the biggest things I learned about hiring people is like, If you sit down in a meeting that some of the best people that I've hired, when I sit down in a meeting with interviewing them or whatever, if I walk out of that meeting feeling overwhelmed, that's probably like, I probably need to go after that person. And hiring the team for fruit blocks is how I felt when I was talking to them.

A lot of connections, a lot of just like people asking people. That's kind of how we operate, how we hire people. We don't really put out job postings very often. Like it's really through word of mouth. That's where we built most of our team is just talking to people.
