I mean, because we're talking about who's going to replace Leo Cullen at Leinster and the chat is always, well, David Humphries is going to be very much involved as the head coaches of the provincial sides are all technically IRFU employees.
And obviously quite a lot of the provincial playing budget comes from the IRFU as well.
So is that the normal way of doing things in Australia, that the Super Rugby sides are their own thing, or is there a bit of a mix and match?
Well, I mean, Joe and Vern Cotter should have a good relationship.
Vern Cotter was his boss at Claremont when he had the gig that kind of got him noticed to go to Leinster, Joe.
So I guess rugby is just a small world.
