We don't know what the exact dynamics were between Clayton McMillan and the backroom he inherited, but within a year, one of them obviously decided to move on in Mike Prendergast.

And look, I'm not saying there was a falling out or anything like that, but just generally speaking, as a rule of thumb, whoever is in charge needs his own people in there, presumably.
