A lot of us know Charles Nelson, Stubbing Still Landscaping, and he he bought those 26 so that he could immediately get in that neighborhood.

It was also the furthest neighborhood from me, but because it was 26 yards, we could spend a day and a half in there and it was fine.

It's not like we had to drive back and forth.

Once we got there, we were there.

Um, and so at any rate, he was able to get in that neighborhood immediately.

He's since has doubled the amount of accounts he has in there.

So it worked out for everybody, but that's because I built a profitable uh route with the route density because I had my pricing down pat by then.

I had all my data and all my numbers all tracked.

And it was all it was all there for Charles to see and made it more profitable.

So so the four things I did was I made sure to say no to the wrong work, to leave room to say yes to the right work.

Right.

If you fill your schedule up with driving all over town, you'll never have time to say yes to the people that you want.

Or or you will, and then you're sacrificing dinners and you're working yourself from sun up to sundown.

And you might think that's cool, but that's not acceptable.

That's a season.

That's not your life.

Um, y y that's not sustainable.

You need to dial that in.
