And I and I teach this to my my peers on social media, at events, as well as uh people in my area.
And everyone that implements this, these four steps either has similar or better results than I did.
But these results got me to the point where I built up twenty-six yards in one neighborhood that I was in like a is a million dollar home neighborhood.
Like no homes were less than a million dollars.
So that means value, value, value, value, value.
You know, they want to keep up with the Joneses.
They want everything to be perfect all the time.
They want all the services.
It was hard for me to keep up, to be honest, because I wasn't that kind of a business.
I was a maintenance business, not like a, you know, they
They wanted all kinds of stuff.
I mean, they got the outdoor kitchens and fireplaces and pools.
And so it was a lot.
But I had 26 of them.
I was the authority in that neighborhood.
And I was able to sell it.
I was like, you know what?
I think this would be to service these customers and to kind of shift my focus on what I want to do more of in my business.
And in my uh in my brand, LCR Media, and how I can impact the community and grow the industry.
