I went on retreats, meditation.

I came back and they said, God, that's changing you.

I did everything to change and get through it.

I did a life coaching course.

I started coaching people.

I had to give that up because I thought to myself I was going to say to them, what are you complaining about?

You've got problems.

And I realised that I thought there was nothing for me, nowhere to go when I needed it.

So I was always gearing to be able to do something to give back.

And I just felt this new group.

And I said to the lads when I came home Monday evening, I called up to them and I said, this is the first bank holiday in 10 years I've enjoyed.

And they were all saying, we're delighted for you, ma'am, you know.

And we have another one on Monday now in Cove.

other people who've been in your shoes is because no one can relate to you as much as you know but I mean I've come and I've seen young girls and their stories are so sad and I can sit back and say I was privileged we had 40 we'd be 50 years together next year we had close on 40 years together if you only got married at 40 you'd be only hoping for that anyway

So I always felt lucky.

But I feel after hearing all those stories that I can turn around and say, thanks God, rather than why did you do this to me?

I've had four wonderful kids.

I have brilliant grandchildren.

I have my lovely new house.

I still have my career.
