I wouldn't necessarily say clean sheets as such because there's some games, for example, where defensively you could be good but still concede.
I think in some ways, like this last, say, month where they've not been doing as well, maybe it's because Haaland hasn't been taking some of his chances.
I think City themselves have been guilty of that to a certain extent.
Defensively, there have been a couple of games in there, especially that United game where it's basically like the doors are wide open, go and do as you please.
But they'd be hoping with the likes of Mark Gahey being in now, Ruben Diaz to be coming in in the next couple of weeks, that maybe defensively, and even Mateus Nunes, I wouldn't have thought Mateus Nunes would be a big return for City in terms of boosting how they play.
But yeah, I'm not necessarily going to live and die by those clean sheets.
But I will say, if their attack clicks into gear, they are the top scorers in the Premier League right now.
And teams will concede in this back half of the season.
But if they find a way to be scoring two goals a game, three goals a game,
I doubt that they'll be conceding two and three and dropping too many points between now and the end of the season, in my opinion.
I think something that was quite interesting to see was Eddie Howe making changes in midweek for that game against PSG, almost as if he was taking the game against Liverpool on the weekend as being the priority, which I thought was very, very interesting with some of the players like Gordon and others and Barnes coming off the bench.
Guimaraes as well, not being on the bench, but not necessarily getting involved, getting minutes either.
So I think he really fancies his chances.
I think the highlights that we just saw there from that Liverpool game, for example, the game against Bournemouth, you can see that they're a team that you can go and get at.
I think some of the mistakes that we've seen from this year, we've not seen them play like this for such a long time.
But as every week passes where the mistakes are still showing, there's more belief that the opposition will take.
And I think Newcastle will fully fancy themselves to be able to go to Anfield and cause that sort of disruption and shock that would take them above Liverpool, as Craig said.
Sometimes you've got to love yourself, Dan Thomas.
