First of all, great to be here, and I'm excited to dive into this.

So I think you're absolutely right in that the setup was perfect, right?

It used to be a passion investment from ultra high net worth, and it's transitioned into more of an institutionalized sector, right?

And I think it's the beginning of it, and we can get into that.

But if we take a step back of what's changed, it goes back to Major League Baseball in 2019, followed by the NBA season.

and the NHL, and then most notably the NFL in 2024.

So what's happened is the big, you know, major four sports league opened up to private equity investment.

So that's changed everything.

And it's the first time that you can actually now get

you know, scalable, diversified portfolios within sports.

And just to give a bit of a snippet on what that looks like, if you take, you know, add U.S.

soccer, it's probably $550 billion of addressable market.

Add European sports, all of a sudden you're at a trillion.

Add sports adjacent assets, 2.5 trillion.

So it's become a really big investment universe.

So we've looked at this case and case advisors, and we said, okay, what's the institutional ownership of

Right.

It's less than 2 percent because it's been limited.

So there's not a lot of investment in it today.

And it has now the room to potentially grow, although limited.
