So it's pretty significant in terms of what that looks like and the economics of the leagues themselves.
The stadiums are growing.
It used to just be ticket sales, concessions, hot dogs on the day.
Now, all of a sudden, it's an infrastructure around the stadium with restaurants, premium experiences, hotels.
So there's a bit of real assets that's blended into some of these franchises.
And I think leverage is limited via the leagues.
So when you do private equity, most leagues will say less than 15% as a generalization in terms of leverage.
So you take these components.
And you put them together and all of a sudden it does behave differently.
And that all of a sudden begins to explain why it's not as correlated to public markets or private markets or even private equity.
And that's where it becomes, again, this interesting asset that's opening up for investment.
And when you think about your portfolio, how many assets provide growth and kind of enhance correlation profile?
Yeah, and the leverage.
Yeah, I mean, I think, you know, there's the sports teams, right?
But that sports adjacent universe is significant, right?
So it's digital media and streaming, right?
We should talk about that.
It's, you know, sponsorships.
It's the data and analytics around sports.
It's the fan engagement.
