It just really in ice cream form is quite magical. That creaminess at the end that rounds off that flavor is really lovely. And you brought vanilla, thank you for that, because I think that's how you learn if it's great ice cream or not.

And I will say from somebody who loves making ice cream themselves, once you freeze something and it gets to that temperature, it changes the flavor. So you have the balance. I mean, again, just looking at all these flavors in the taro there is, that is...
