I love mixing in the mayor. A lot of people in the LA area don't get the fact that Orange County has 350 different mayors. I'm kidding. A little exaggeration. But they are. Every part, every little nook and cranny of Orange County has its own community and vibe to it. And it's a little different here in Los Angeles that I don't know that everybody understands that.

What should people be expecting at this year's Taste of Irvine?
I would say that people should be expecting a good mix of beverage vendors along with food vendors. Last year when we did this, we did a really good job of trying to make sure they were separated evenly in between and we should get a lot of good restaurants. This year it doubled down and we got a lot of restaurants that admired it so much from last year that they came in. So we actually increased our offering with liquor and food by about 5%.
uh per per category um just because that's what the it seemed like the the guests demanded plus along with so many so many local restaurants interested in it so you know all the way down from uh foca de chow to puesto to lazy dog to
