Asking for a little clarification on that and the reason being that I'm unavailable on the September 8th meeting and it's certainly something that I'm interested in.

So I'm wondering what those two items, are they related?

Can they be combined?

Yeah, they can be moved.

So an item that came up in today's VML meeting involved data centers.

What VML is suggesting is that localities, in considering their applications, also consider the lifespan of these buildings and how they might be repurposed after a certain timeframe.

And do Madam Mayor Mask, the town attorney, a question?

Sure.

Are we empowered in our discussions

with an applicant to be looking, say, 25 years down the road or what have you in terms of what might become of the building should it no longer be a data center.

And I think that's an impact.

So I think that's fair game under the zoning ordinance, under the state code.
