I'm still not quite sure I understand where they're supposed to go.

If we create a pedestrian, there's pedestrian access on the other side of the street, basically in fronting the country club property.

Is there currently a crosswalk now and the off ramp coming from the bypass on to Clubhouse?

Well, first of all, I'd like to say that this is now the third time we've had a presentation of this type.

And obviously, the issue isn't going anywhere.

So it's up to us to decide how we're going to fund it.

I guess one question I have is by what mechanism do we charge, say, the federal government and they will actually pay?

And we would have a similar mechanism with Loudoun County, for example, through the state?

Well, we don't charge them taxes.

Out of curiosity, the ERU approach does not seem to be particularly equitable.
