I think the challenge is, and I think this is where the state, the federal government was struggling up until the most recent budget, is that you can't just flick a switch and suddenly lots of houses get built, which is why they did make the changes to negative gearing and capital gains tax concessions on investors.

And fundamentally, that shifts the problem.

And there's no easy fixes.

Yeah, it's a very, very strong market.

I mean, a lot of gas investments.

So the Barossa project is leading to a lot of employment, defence, also infrastructure.

So yeah, I think it's a combination.

It's a small city.
