So I guess um
I i if you were and and I know you have talked very directly to you know the chief executives of, you know, the largest company on the planet and and a number of companies that are, you know, in the top kind of hundred, two hundred kind of companies on the planet.
How would you advise?
those company leaders or even smaller company leaders to balance the focus on growth or profit, you know, kind of financial type metrics and purpose.
Yeah, and I've seen it up close and obviously spent been very fortunate to spend time with
you know, uh uh a large number of people within Benevity and it just uses from every pool, you know, people really believe in the mission of the company and the the value they're providing, not only to the kind of customers, but also kind of back into to society as well.
It's uh it's very, very kind of obvious when you spend time with the business.
Is there any kind of
signposts or
key points of inflection that you'd say they were really important things that you did.
in the business as you were growing, w whether it's kind of key hires or key ways in which you communicate and just you know, any ways in which you particularly think that you've been able to kind of entuse that sense of kind of purpose into the business.
Yeah, I agree.
You got some exceptional people with the business for for very long periods of time.
And also, I mean, we've seen in the last
six to nine months alone, you know, just uh uh an ability to recruit some really exceptionally talented other people to join the team as well.
It's been a pleasure to see that.
