Um and uh and I I thought their kind of calling was going to be to kind of the uh
the highest, most worthy calling in the land, which obviously is kind of private equity, but uh but they've decided not to go down that route and to focus their careers entirely on kind of startups and innovative businesses, which uh I think reflects exactly the things you've just been describing, actually.
I think it's great that uh young people are given these kind of opportunities to take responsibility and uh and development early.
And they're more than capable in uh in the vast majority of cases.
Absolutely.
Coming back to the Nordic region, I guess you got a particular perspective both individually and turns like a headquarters on Norway, but uh the whole region.
I think you mentioned Finland in particular is uh is incredibly vibrant.
Obviously, we've seen a number of kind of like not only unicorns, but businesses go on to be kind of like 15, 20, 30 billion EV businesses in uh in Sweden.
Sweden, you know, obviously uh Spotify, Klana and others.
Um, any particular reflections on on those regions, Moretta, kind of um, you know, Sweden, Denmark in particular, anything that is either similar to to Norway and Finland there or anything that you see as slightly different?
Yeah, I uh I I completely agree.
I'm gonna go slightly off piece from the Nordic theme here and just ask you to comment on uh something that I know you're very, very kind of proud about and and and I am as well, which is um
I can have recent acquisition of a business down in Spain, which I think demonstrates a whole host of the attributes you've just described.
And uh I think it's just a really interesting example of um maybe a you know a country or an economy that has had some startup success in the past, but but maybe not on the same scale as the Nordics.
But we're starting to see pockets ourselves, and I know Vismary.
starting to see kind of pockets of real world class kind of entrepreneurship.
So um I I know I I know I hadn't told you we're gonna chat about this, but I just it just as we're chatting, it just seems to me to be a really interesting kind of example that you can maybe just you know give our listeners a couple of minutes on and and kind of slightly more generically than just the business, but actually what you saw in that and and what those entrepreneurs are doing as well in their their local economy.
