On the competency point, um, I think you've got almost a unique perspective of any chief exec I've I've dealt with.
And it might be just worth um highlighting your own personal kind of CV and background because I think it brings a unique perspective, not just on technology, but on the kind of people side of business, which we all know in any knowledge economy is probably the number one driver of success.
So um would
mind just linking your own personal background into how you've then got a perspective on what makes great people and and and why that marries in with a kind of Norwegian focus on competency above uh mo most other attributes, I guess.
Yeah, and uh having experienced that kind of firsthand by seeing the way that you've kind of developed the leadership team.
Um, I mean it's just very, very, very clear um that that's both special and also

Uh, but could you give us a couple of ill illustrations of of what you know where you think kind of competency is kind of maybe worn out over what might be
traditionally viewed as uh experience.
Yeah, which is uh it's terrific and it's refreshing and uh it obviously makes me feel old every time I can have attend a board meeting.
Um
I guess on a on a on a personal basis actually.
So uh I've got a uh kind of
Daughter of twenty four and a son of twenty two and uh
one of their uh one of their kind of constant gripes is that uh you know, kinda having to kind of do X years before they can kinda get any responsibility is not something that they're really uh
