And it's not to say we should you know we should never adapt, but
Take some time.
In the work that you've learnt.
and explore it and then once you know it inside out back to front, you can play with it, but you'll be able to play with it from a real place of knowledge and foundation.
And I think that is possible, but I think people are getting there too quickly because social media is confusing what this is all about.
I think that's why sometimes we have to take a break from social media and it goes back to your point about burnout.
I think part of getting burnt out is that we're just there's just a lot of noise and we're all guilty of it and the more we look at it, the more we can feel inadequate in ourselves and we should be doing more
And sometimes we just need to be like, let's just it it's to your point.
Everything is extreme.
And our world is no different and we need to remember that.
I think studios need to do a much better job of understanding what their ethos is.
You know, what are how do we teach?
What are we trying to create?
What's the experience we're trying to create so that when a client comes to your studio, they are a member or a client of your studio.
