They're not Nick's client or Carl's client.

or Alice's client because I've definitely been caught out there before, where then that teacher might leave.

And they're like, Oh well I only want to go to that person's class.

And I think if as a studio, and I've spent the last few years really working on this, if as a studio, if we spend time understanding like this is our ethos, this is how we program our classes, these are the do's, these are the don'ts, this is what happens in the class levels, and that we bring our team together.

I certainly don't want everyone to be clones of me.

I truly believe that a teacher's personality is their superpower.

But they need to bring their personality to life, underpinned with an ethos that sits in the studio.

I want people to come to my studio and feel like, oh, I love Nick's classes, but I also love this person's, this person's, and this person's.

And depending on how I'm feeling as a client, I might pick the more up-tempo teacher, or I might pick the teacher who's a little bit more restorative and does a lot more breath work and mindfulness in the class.

And I think as a studio, that's a really good strategy because then people feel like they are part of your studio and not part of what

One person's personality.

So it's not to say that I don't think there should be personalities, but they need to be anchored in an ethos that sits, which goes back to what I said earlier, which then is then you talk about your studio like that, then you market your studio like that, and everything matches.

So the person coming in.

gets what they've read about and the e you know, the it matches.

And we you know, there's a challenge as your studio builds where

How does one client how does one teacher teach a class versus another teacher, maybe the same class level?

And I think if you don't spend time nurturing your teachers and bringing some consistency across, you end up with this quite mishmash of styles and then you will have clients who only want to go to one person.

And what happens when that person leaves?

They'll want to leave you and they'll follow them.
