You have to kind of have this ethos and that takes work.
To understand it.
I've just written a document for my teachers.
I just ran a three hour course for my teachers.
It was like, you know, we and we go back to this every couple of years, making sure everybody's there and that
What we find then is that teachers can bring their personality to life within this.
And it means the clients have a really positive experience.
I think that's what's needed for studios to be sustainable and allow teachers to have their individuality, but it to feel like 'cause obviously teachers work at multiple studios as well.
And so
They then hopefully will bring their personality to life at another studio, but it will be different because it will be underpinned by their ethos and not yours.
And then that also helps clients feel like, okay, I wanna be at this studio, that other studio's not quite my style.
Well, I think it kinda goes back to a little bit of the social media stuff as well.
Like so many people are out there professing to be experts and talking about these things.
And I think it gets quite confusing.
One of the things that was quite nice after COVID was that people valued
Their self care.
They valued the ability to go to a studio and spend money and have a really good experience and feel good, whatever modality that was.
And that was really good.
It was really nice to see because we were all very worried how were anybody gonna come back?
And they came back in abundance, in a with a commitment to looking after themselves that I don't think they'd had before.
