I had someone come and visit me recently from Japan.

Because Japan has hit this this point earlier.

And they are learning that they have big problems.

And she said, I want to find a provider of a teacher training.

And she was coming with her um translator.

I thought this was really interesting.

And she said, you know, there isn't anything here.

We're we're learning that we need to be putting on far more

like practices for people that are sustainable.

And so, you know, in all the noise that's out there, which is bigger is better, I think it's important to remember that statistical fact.

And I'm not sure my fifty, sixty I was talking to someone yesterday, ninety-four.

Started this two years ago because his daughter, who was sixty, came and loved it.

And then the next hour I was teaching someone who was eighty one and her goal was she couldn't lie down.

And that meant she had a special bed.

To prop herself up.
