You know, they they're not interested in that.
They they quite like the community within the class itself.
And
It's about how do we as teachers deliver a really great teaching experience, but how do we also create the bonds?
Like, I still have my Pilates friend from 17 years ago.
We message each other.
Like, there's a community within the class.
And teachers need to do a better job, I think, of knowing their clients' names, of creating conversations and creating an inclusivity within their
class environments because people come in, they feel seen, they feel wanted, they feel known, they feel comfortable, they feel safe.
And I think that's what's needed.
So I think it's to remember that that is that and the the class itself is literally our product.
And sometimes I think we've been a little bit too, oh, we should have this community event that we've sort of forgotten to put the time into the teaching itself.
And I think that's a really important thing.
Um and I think when, you know, inevitably when you you've got to create an experience that doesn't feel like a fad.
You've got to create an experience that feels
Like they want to do it all the time and it helps them feel good.
And Pilates for me was, you know, I was a had a busy corporate job.
And I always felt like I was never too tired to go.
I was too tired to go running.
