Like it was very much I think the education that's out there in a way is causing people to feel a little bit confused and maybe a bit overwhelmed.
But I think what it's trying to do is say, look.
You need to have a practice that slows you down, whether that's yoga, whether that's Pilates, something that feels more restorative.
You need to have a practice that helps your cardiovascular health, be that a walk every day, be that that you go running or cycling or whatever, like whatever works for that.
And you need to have something that loads your body.
I think we would all agree that we need that.
I often say to people, I think you need to have like an energetic practice, like go and have some Reiki or
go and do, you know, reflexology.
I'm not saying every week, but from time to time.
Often people need to do a bit more talking therapy and kind of work through stuff.
So I think that's kind of what we're learning.
But to your point about all the devices, sometimes I think we are a little bit overwhelmed by all the statistics of our own body that can make us then feel like even terrified.
I mean, I had to stop wearing my watch going to bed.
I don't want to know that I've had a bad night's sleep.
I already know I don't need some statistics to tell me.
So sometimes I think it's also just about detaching and realising
We're human beings, I don't need necessarily need a lot of data about myself unless I'm trying to be an athlete.
Community's a really interesting one because I think you also have to think about well, what is community?
We sit with this as a studio.
