But I got to know him.

And I asked him, how does this work?
Because I was trying to get my mind around it.
It was so big.
And I was trying to see.
And he said to me, and I've used this analogy many times.
He said, once you're compromised, it's like you're on a yacht.
And it's a beautiful yacht, and it's a beautiful day, and you can have anything you want if you're on the yacht.
But if you decide to get off the yacht, the people on the yacht are going to make sure that you drown.
So that's how it works.
There's zero incentive for anybody to get off the yacht.
That makes sense.
You know, some people call it the deep state.
Some people call it the military intelligence complex.
