The only thing I could probably say to it is you have to start.

Um I think if you really s since you are serious about switching careers, then um it is about getting in there starting, learning about the cu being curious about it.

But I think the important thing, um, and we saw this in last year's research when we did the the jobs research was

For people who think about switching a career or moving into a new job role, they actually think

It's big, daunting, I need to get a lot of skills.

The gap isn't that big in most cases.

I think we worked out that, um, to bridge the digital divide in terms of digital jobs, there was something like three hundred thousand people in terms of roles the research suggested that could

move from what I would call, let's say, traditional or analog roles to digital roles with one or two short courses or micro creds.

So that hill might not be as big as you think it is.

Yeah.

Well it's a hill, not a mountain.

Um so I would say that um for that person who's feeling daunted, get in there, have a look at the research and just see how fast

you can get along the skills needed.

Well that's uh that's always gonna be up to each individual um to decide whether they they can do that, um or they can afford that.

For a lot of people, at least that um we speak to, i it really is divided and you know, you've got people with, you know, children, mortgages, particularly at that sort of mid career level, um very high from would take a take the job cut.

Um others a little bit more um, you know, got different circumstances.

I think

If you really want to get into um since you want to get into a new career, you want you want to switch jobs, you wanna move into a different track, then I think there is a little bit of that.
