I think there's also some government policy that can help that, particularly where there are jobs shortages as well.

Um well I think it's uh I think it's broad everything from uh you know the person who's um going to manage the employee to the HR department to the the boss depending on how big the firm is.

Um and I think there's a lot of uh you know, what we see is great organisations have a very clear understanding of the hiring manager through the people and culture.

through what they're telling the employee and the job experience.

Um and there are a few where that's fractured.

So I think, you know, y uh my view is that, you know, anyone you speak to in an organization is a hiring manager um because they're all going to have a perception of you.

Um and you know, probably could sort of weigh into whether you're gonna get the job or not get the job or how you s how you fit in.

But predominantly it's the person that you're gonna be working for or the people and culture team.

Um so I think in twenty twenty six what we're seeing is more how can you fix my short term need, my skills and experience I need right now.

Um, so it is a lot about coming in, doing a job or fixing a problem or growing something.

I think growth is still to come because of the economic environment, but tr typically that's where it is.

And uh so that's on the one thing.

So do you have the skills and experience?

And the other thing is do you actually have the necessary um experience and judgment and critical reasoning to actually sort of be really good at this job?

So I think the skills are one thing, um and AI skills are important being OFA, but I think it's also that do you bring an amount of critical reasoning, do you bring amount of ethical behaviour?

um to the role.

So I think there's a lot of that as well.

Um yeah, I you hear that quite a lot and I I don't really know what that means.
