And so I think kind of investments in how you clean up your data, the analytics layer you put around it, and what are some of the triggers, and you used a very good example, which should drive a counteroffer or, you know, a banker to pick up the phone and call their customer to either protect or preserve or kind of grow the relationships.
And I think there's going to be a continuing world where data as a revenue stream starts to become very real for certain banks in terms of the proprietary data that we have about you and the predictions and recommendations we can
give you based on billions and billions of transactions is very different to something that maybe a public LLM could give you as an example.
And so does that start to become some kind of revenue stream where you're charging, you know, certain subscription fees or consumption fees, et cetera, and you're breeding loyalty because every recommendation is contextual based on your current situation, based on your history, et cetera.
Now that could be disintermediated with, you know,
the rise and the continued rise of open banking.
We saw OpenAI and Plaid kind of enter into a partnership, which will be interesting to see how that intermediates where customers and how they move their money.
But I think trust built around contextual insights and the richness of harnessing data is the real future.
for banks, to be honest.
Otherwise, as a customer, your bank is actually somewhat headless or invisible, and it becomes a fluid set of advisors that are just giving you, or providers, sorry, which are just giving you the best offer or outcome, and the products themselves just become really commoditized.
I think they are both and a way that a bank could differentiate.
So I think in a future where we continue to see this in society, the K-shaped economy in terms of the affluent and the mass market, we continue to see that divide.
Does mass market retail banking continue to become
just more transactional, more commoditized and increasingly self-served.
So
So does the retail bank, which really differentiates and wins, manages to balance those kind of offerings with contextual insights and very intelligent and intentional moments where human interaction is key?
And they use that as a unique selling point or differentiator.
So whether that's a fraud event, a life event, financial planning, et cetera, how do you ensure that the human is showing up at the right time with the right context and
And I think that could really be a distinguishing and differentiating factor for bank brands.
But I think it's the context which matters.
