So I think it's that kind of that fine balance, because let's be honest, like markets punish near term margin hits.
So that capital invest in the long term, if you can kind of see ROI in the near term, you're going to win.

you know, there will be a reality that some bank brands just start to become diluted because they lose the engagement layer.
You know, the engagement with the customer happens in LLMs, it happens in, it's embedded in e-commerce platforms or other kind of platforms where customers are engaging in other kind of life activities and their products and services start to become a little bit of a commoditized offering just behind
a relationship that someone else owns.
And I think the real banks
the banks which will really disrupt and i think thrive and i mean this agnostic to scale are the ones that still retain potential ownership of the customer relationship and conserve both sides of um the the the the the k-shaped economy both at kind of the the mass affluent but also at the mass market effectively um you know with the right insights and the right you know we talked a lot
about it earlier, the right distribution model.
So engaging the bank, engaging the physical channels when appropriate.
I think if you look at just the statistics around how physical channels still play a significant role in US retail banking today, I don't think that's going away.
And I think banks which are artful around how they use both digital and physical
both self-serve and banker are the ones which are really going to differentiate.
And maybe we also start to see the bank themselves competing at more of a platform level.
So, you know, through third-party integrations, why couldn't you, as a small business owner, why couldn't your bank offer you tax services, insurance services, even integrate into third-party services around like HR or legal advice, etc.

So there could be a way that banks compete on that front as well.
