And so, when it was exited to Twitter, it exited to Twitter because of the work and the time that they'd put into it.

But I just got, yeah, I got the full startup journey in eight weeks.

And it was a good education.

Let me give you a random story about how fortuitous it is.

I grew up in Queensland.

I was born in Newcastle.

Massive rugby league fan.

One of my heroes growing up was Andrew Johns, halfback for the Newcastle Knights, greatest rugby league player of all time, arguably.

A friend of mine was a friend of his.

He was playing for the Kangaroos in Brisbane and I was doing a bushwalk in Tasmania with my wife and now wife and her dad.

And I made us all leave Tasmania a day early so I could go back to be there for the test to meet my hero and at the time Andrew Johns.

That felt through.

I couldn't go meet Andrew Johns, but it meant that I could attend a talk that night that I'd been invited to.

And at that talk, I met Stephen Phillips and Stephen and I went on to launch We Aren't It.

So, yes, anyone who tells you that they aren't lucky is lying or not acknowledging the true set of facts.

Um, but over a long enough time span, you get luck and then you just get opportunities to just work your ass off in kind of, uh, when no one's seeing.

So you get, sometimes you get lucky and sometimes you have to grind.

And so like anytime I see someone quote unquote get lucky, I know there was probably nine years or 10 years before that moment when no one gave a shit about them and they were miserable and wondering why it was, why they should be doing it.

And

So, look, over the course, you do get, you know, you want to stick around long enough to get lucky a few times.
