And you have to be so conscious about that change in your organization.
And we've definitely gone through it now.
We have 70 people.
70 people, on any given day, at least two of them have a problem that needs to be solved that's going to rise up to me or one of the partners.

Firm building needs a dedicated team and investing needs a dedicated team.
And the more you blend those, the more you dilute the quality of each.
think the other thing i probably learned actually was it was kevin plank the ceo of under armour who i think um taught me this the most is that as your team gets bigger and under armour was thousands of people when i was there so it's really culture is just repeated storytelling and you just pick the stories that you're going to tell your team so he would just always tell the story about how he would pack everything from the basement of his grandma's house in baltimore and how
When he was on any given Sunday, they asked him to give the product for free and he made them pay for it.
Like there was these stories that he would just say over and over and over to dictate to people what the culture of Under Armour was.
And so that's the other thing that I think about is two things.
One is that the stories that get told internally generally bubble up from the bottom.
