I would say Neura.
So Neura is a headphone company based here in Melbourne.
Offices above a wedding shop in Brunswick and the team made the best sounding headphones in the world for the last five years.
It's judged in the sense that the technology breakthrough of Neura is that you conduct a hearing test in the same way you conduct a hearing test on someone who needed a hearing aid.
And then you adjust each headphone for each ear so that it delivers perfect sound to you.
So, subjective personal judgment, but there's no other headphone in the world that does that.
And I joined the board.
So I had an early part of my career in the music industry.
Nicky and Rick asked me to join the Nura board actually before I joined Blackbird.
They just saw me as the right partner to that business.
And so that business has tracked my entire Blackbird career.
And it's just the business that's had to face everything, COVID, supply chain issues, founder transitions.
and D2C, the D2C hitting the wall of iOS 14, and it's gone the full journey.
