What are you doing there?
To start, we're gonna add all our cake mix to this giant bucket.
We basically bought all the cake mix from the grocery store, all of it.
Since we have a health inspector on site, we're using special eggs here that are a little bit easier to follow food safety requirements with.
And last but not least, a little water.
A little butter and water, that's it.
This made the biggest mess I think I've ever made in my studio.
Before the sushi roll, which is gonna come later in this video.
Look, we had so much cake that it was as tall as Linja.
We're finally ready to start crumbling it up.
Ah yes, gotta crumble it all up.
First we'll go into our mixer with a bunch of cream cheese.
We had to get creative and heat this out of the bowl so the cream cheese melted faster.
The cream cheese was so thick that I had to use my flamethrower to melt everything down.
To be honest though, I probably just wanted a good excuse to use it.
Looks like good frosting.
