um anything's to make chicken skin butter a lot of people do that one that they blend like chris you know the crispy skin on chicken skin so you dry it out yeah you basically yeah dry it out and then i think i mean i've never if i'm absolutely honest i've never made it but i imagine how you would do that and you'd blend it with the butter so you'd get all that lovely sort of flavor from the chicken skin maybe a little bit of chicken sauce in there or something um you can flavor them like you could do spicy butters cayenne paprika butters things like that
