There's not old habits that need to be figured out or broken or followed.

It's kind of a new slate and everyone's figuring it out together and on the same page.

So I think it'll be great.

And I love the moves that they've made, especially the one with me.

oh i was like my i'll never forget my one buddy text me he's a die hard fan his whole basement's like a shrine and he's like dude i love you as a friend but i can't talk to you for at least a month like it's like you're off and they made me laugh but uh yeah i mean it's the way it goes i grew up with a leaf fan i know how die hard it is i know the emotion so i understood it i understood the hate online all the crazy stuff that was said so uh i'm just happy to be on the other side now and hopefully do it to another team

But I mean, I think for me, it's details first.

It's the little things.

For me, it's the little things that create the big things around the net.

It's scoring goals, assists, putting on the penalty kill.

If I need to eat a frigging ratty clapper to the leg, I will.

Um, but yeah, that's just, I just want to be that role guy.

That's like, Hey, we need to switch the momentum and go for check, go throw a big head, go take the puck to the net, um, go do something to kind of change, you know, when that ice starts tilting, uh, being able to go on the ice and do that.
