Yeah, they say that it creates mental clarity, increases metabolism, cures depression, heightens consciousness, that sort of thing.
You could attempt to quantify all of this, but it's mostly gonna be self-reported.
It's going to be very subjective.
So it's nearly impossible to study on in any truly scientific sense.
You can track people, how do you feel on a scale of one to ten, but it's not falsifiable.
You just have their subjective feelings to go by.
They could be lying.
It could be lying.
Like you said, that's a good reason to lie.
But lying implies that it's an intentional effort to mislead.
Maybe they feel something.
