Yeah, so you're talking about boundaries and these need, what you're basically describing, sometimes they get set because you've got kids in the household.
But what you're describing is you need to consciously work out what the new boundaries are.
People working at home.
Things they need to do is think about locational boundaries, which is when I'm in this room, I work.
Or when I'm in this desk, I work.
As soon as I leave it, that's my home.
So this is a location boundary.
One woman we dealt with put up a Japanese curtain because it was all one room.
But behind that curtain, she worked.
When she went on the other side, she was at home.
You might do temporal or time boundaries.
After this time at night, 6 p.m.,
That's when I don't work.
Other people had agreements with their spouse.
When we get home, we vent for five minutes each.
Once that's done, we don't talk about work.
So everyone's different.
It's not like there are rules.
Some people like to blend.
But you've just got to work out for you.
