So if somebody's pushing on something and you're uncomfortable, the answer is it needs to be a default of no. Now that's really hard. It's okay that your shoulders hunch forward. It's okay that your eyes well up and you don't know what to do. It's okay that you're overwhelmed. It's okay you have butterflies in your stomach. It's okay that your jaw is clenched up and you just want to fight. That's all okay.
