According to the state senator's office, ICE agents have been in the San Francisco airport.

And they wanted to be clear that as far as they know, this is not part of the expansion.

San Francisco SFO is not on that list of more than a dozen airports that saw ICE agents like Atlanta did today.

LAX didn't have them.

But we've seen a host of others, Houston, Minneapolis, Newark, places like that.

um where this incident happened this dramatic scene it wasn't according to california state senator scott weiner part of the expansion of this policy it's not among the 13 airports listed here but according to them it is a preview of what's to come because like you said look look at what they're doing you know yeah uh nick do they say how the narrative does not match

They didn't want to get into specifics, but they said they've spoken to the family.

And I asked that question.

They did say that the family had a much different experience from the narrative that was put out by DHS.

And they're going to challenge that.

And they're speaking to lawyers right now today.
