So what's interesting here is that, what I'm trying to say here is that

to Holland Castle and the tunnels around it clearly are not on their own.

There's clearly an area of much bigger significance around it.

So it definitely warrants much more attention and exploration.

Well, it's going to have to be looked at massively.

And a lot of my own objection has gone into a lot of detail about what I feel needs to be looked at before they go ahead with this.

But the development would need to be scaled back massively, not just because of the heritage site here, but also in terms of there is an incredible landscape here and it's home to many species, such as the yellowhammer, which is actually on the red list for conservation.

There's potentially bats here.

So from an ecological standard, they're going to need to look at this area a lot further before they come in and build there.

So that needs to be looked at.

In terms of infrastructure in the area, at the moment, Castle Town Cross is in

It's an accident hotspot.

A road is already under pressure.

So they need to look at that before they add 1,000 houses and add 2,000 cars potentially to that area because there doesn't look to be an adequate plan in place to increase bus service.

So that means there will be another 2,000 cars coming in and out of that estate.

I'm not against development.

I really am not.
